Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product
- The seal is broken or packaging is compromised on delivery

Conditions for Exchange
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Tags and labels must be intact
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Important Notes
- Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must pass quality inspection before an exchange is confirmed.
- No exchanges for items bought during sale or promotional offers.
Gift Cards
If you wish to exchange for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid at checkout via your preferred payment method.
Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
In rare cases, you may need to self-ship the item. Please email us the courier receipt within 7 days of initiating your request.
Bundled Products / Promotional Packs
If your purchase was part of a bundle or promotional package, all items in the bundle must be returned for a valid exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
- If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at admin@tapiwellness.com
